On reading the revised March 2022 NICE guidelineson B12/ folate deficiency. This was on the list:

Had no idea what it meant

Describes my Scalp impeccably.

Good to have s label rather thsn bring told yet again .

Anxiety symptom . Nothing wrong with me !

I'm amazed I'm sane with being told so many times I'm suffering with anxiety and stress .

The latest b12 prescription reinstated was accompanied by a Gp note of;

Patient gets very anxious about her b12 prescription.

Will do her MH more harm removing it

Ignored it as just please it back .

The it hit me afterwards.

They still think my symptoms are in my head!!!

The injustice and I correctness won't be challenged as picking my fights.

Also would probably add 'fuel to the fire ' of their thoughts.

It's as though the Gp had to put a reason that was accepted medically rather than the truth of B12 keeping me alive.

They shoukd realise it shows great mental and emotional strength dealing with them.

So lovely to see a description in ' black and white '

To refer to if necessary 🤔
