I added a bcomplex to my regime and instantly broke out in spots and got more stamina - have I turbo charged my B12 injections?!

I know as I slowly add in more supplements into my care things like brain fog, fatigue etc are becoming manageable so you could be.

For myself I have to take vitamin d, iron (carefully), calcium (carefully), zinc, magnesium, folacin (not folate), p5p (not usual vitamin b6), niacin and thiamine. Very occasionally I take a full b complex tablet with additional niacin tablet because the folate is in the wrong form and causes a lot of troubles. I am so fed up though because I think it’s pointing out that I am developing gastritis from the gpc ab and can I get help from the gp????

it’s impossible to find a complex with the right amounts and forms of things isn’t it. I need non methylated and low B6. I considering doing them all individually.
