All of us with B12 deficiency are by default interested in nutrition, if only the small slice involving B12. People who are interested in general in the relationship between nutrition and well being, especially people with interest who have had difficulty wading through the morass of confusion one encounters in popular media, might enjoy this interview.

This is brilliant, loved it. Thank you so much for sharing. I listened through the unedited version.

I really resonate with all of it and the phrase below. I really hope (some) medics can start to move towards a more holistic approach to health. Or at least maybe a gut specialist that could understand the significance of the vagus nerve and it's impact on so many systems.

B12, I'm certain, is linked to vagus nerve performance and its dysfunction must be linked to some of the symptoms we see like swallowing problems, headaches, gut problems, demyelination. All of it.

'The phrase “mental health” itself makes less and less sense in light of the wild interactivity we can now see between what we’ve falsely compartmentalized as physical, emotional, mental, even spiritual. And so much of what we’re seeing brings us back to intelligence that has always been in the very words we use — “gut instinct,” for instance'
