They don't have a US version unfortunately. Can't find anything in the US to support them or anything B12 for that matter.

It seems the nonorofits are all local to the country, and i believe the charity also has to sign up, it's not automatic.

NORD was there for the US. thanks for that. There is nothing B12 related. There is a lot for sickle cell anemia, but no PA or B12. So NORD it is!
