Antibiotics while on EOD B12 injections

Has anyone had any experience of antibiotic (specifically Flucloxacillin) while having EOD or daily B12 injections?

I’m on a course of oral antibiotics for a minor infection but it doesn’t seem to be clearing. Wondering whether it’s possible for the B12 injections to interfere with the antibiotic functioning?

I found, when at my worst, that I was more prone to infections and that they were more difficult to get rid of.

I also found that both Metronidazole and Doxycycline caused vertigo, nausea and dull constant headache. There are drugs that can deplete B12 - so may be worth checking. Previously, I was healthy enough to rarely require antibiotics and when I did, had no bad reaction to them.
