I'm sorry to read that you are feeling anxious. Hopefully the doctor will be helpful and I think you're doing the right thing seeing one.

There may be some useful info on your other forum thread about trickling feelings.

I hope your appointment went well.

I used to have the feeling of water trickling down my legs prior to injections. On previous posts you mention covid and getting 3 monthly injections - you might just need them more frequently.

Btw you can get injectable b12 OTC in Turkey in case you would want to try SI'ing :)

Hi jade

Thanks for the reply , my appointment went well Thankyou, I told my doctor about the weird feelings in my head and me feeling lightheaded and a bit brain foggy he said he thinks I’m stressed , he told me to go and enjoy my holiday as flying will not affect these symptoms , he said that I might not even feel like this over there as I will be relaxed but he said that when I come home if the symptoms are there still he will investigate further but the good news is he thinks it’s not a brain tumour which I’m so happy about, as. For the b12 I’m due my next dose in July so I don’t want to overdose , it’s good to know I can get it over there should I ever need it

That's good news!

You absolutle cannot overdose on B12. There are many many of us here who inject monthly, weekly, daily, or even 2x daily.

Treatment for cyanide poisining from smoke inhalation calls for IV hydroxocobalamin that is 5000 times the dose in 1 standard b12 ampoule.

Sounds like your doctor thinks it's just psychosomatic. Often people with lingering b12 symptoms get given that label. It's not in your head, it's just a lack of b12.

Good luck and have a good trip.
