So had my appointment for repeat bloods yesterday, now a waiting game for results.

I know once SI B12 that will probably be high but thought I would omit until bloods done, so about 10 days or so without. Omitted supplements also. I really felt it though, the cripple/hobbling returned, not quite as bad as previous but bad.

Followed protocol for Thyroid testing so just waiting.

Having major head wobble, some results have just popped up on my GP but again no reference ranges 😡 , some not arrived / done.

Often only online for 6 months
