Efficiency of b12 injections

I’ve been receiving b12 shot loading doses and have noticed continuing improvements but I’ve noticed by urine has turned a pinkish or tea colored hue. From what I’ve read, this is a sign of b12 being expelled by the body. Does that mean I’m taking too much or is the body unable to take b12 at 100% so to speak even if deficient?

I think its nothing to worry about.Your body has enough in your blood stream snd can only use a certain amount.

I've had this with fresh beetroot too !

Nothing to worry about. I take a high quality B complex tablet daily and any B2 not used turns my pee bright yellow. I take B12 orally as well. Interesting I have never had pink pee.

I am envious I want pink pee too. 🤣

You can not overdose on B12 what is not used by the body is simply excreted. I self inject every day and take high dosage of B12 tablets.

Maybe between all of us with the different colours we can make a rainbow.
