Not that I know of but we are all different its worth asking around😀
From discussions I've listened to re injecting the Covid vaccines the sudden taste in the mouth seems to indicate the needle has accessed a blood vessel. This is not a good thing with the vaccines as it can lead to a higher chance of an adverse reaction, but with the B12 I would suspect there is not much risk of anything though I don't know.
