I have just tried to buy some on VersandApo , but it wouldn't let me as I don't have a German address. Can anyone tell me where I can safely buy some . Many thanks

You can buy b12 depot , which is Hydroxocobalamin from versandapo.de . You just need to know how . Get onto the site and register by clicking on the little silhouette of a human head and shoulders . You must register on the form that appears Add your address BUT YOU MUST ENTER YOUR COUNTRY ON THE DROP-DOWN LIST FIRST . Now the U.K. is referred to in German on that list as “ VEREINIGTES KÖNIGREICH ( United Kingdom) SO CLICK ON THAT , and then your postal code will be accepted .and the rest of your address !

Now you can go ahead . Order the Panpharma B12 depot ampoules 1mg x 1ml

You can use the reference number

16199653 , that will take you straight to the item . You will need to pay by Paypal or Bank transfer . DHL courier costs €9.00 no matter how many you order . Use by is usually about 2years .

Failing that it’s probably easier to use German Amazon ( amazon.de ) But they don’t have Panpharma which is so popular . I’ll send you a help-sheet of instructions. .

Where do you buy your sharp's and syringes from ? I was buying mine from Medibasic but the last lot sent me were really cheap nasty syringes.

I ordered on Monday and the delivery arrived a on Thursday . I hope you manage it . One you are registered , and you sign in with your password , it will be so very easy !

I’m in the U.K., ordered from versando on 2nd and still waiting. Some times delivery is super speedy other times not so. 🤷‍♀️

The other tip is that all houses in Germany have a number, so if your house only has a name you will need to put a number in the address otherwise it will be rejected.

I ordered on Sunday and it arrived today I go straight to PayPal at checkout and it alters address and shipping for me

If you register the advantage is that you get points . On registering you get 200 points , then one point for each euro that you spend . 250 points represent €2.50 which you can use against future payments . You can check how many points you gave by going into your account.

I believe you mean bodfeld-apotheke.de Last time I went on there , they only allowed 3 packets of Panpharma B12 depot per order .

I ordered from bodfield-apotheke.de last week and yes, they only let you have 3 packs of Panpharma. So I ordered 3 packs and also these …. Has anyone tried these ones?

I used them for 2years . They are excellent . Changed to Rotexmedica ( now called Panpharma ) because Panpharma are cheaper and only use 1ml ampoules , which I prefer .

Something has gone wrong . Did you not get an email from versandapo confirming your order .? I always get one . Have you checked that your payment has gone through with PayPal or your Bank transfer ( the only methods that they will accept from U.K. ) Your confirmation email will contain your order number . You can get in touch with versandapo [e-mail] quote your order number . I find them very efficient . I’m sure that they understand English .
