How long it takes symptoms become permanent?

I inject on an off for ten months and have taken pills for couple of months before that. Now I inject every other day hydroxocobalamin. I have bad muscle weakness and blurry eyesight. I'm getting improved but so slow. I didn't stick to any regiment in the last ten month but I was on injection both cyano and hydroxo at least every weekend.

How long does it take improvement? When it should be considered permanent damage?

I have no idea why my symptoms developed so fast but soon after I got stick to a firm regiment now I see so slowly improvement why its not as fast as symptoms developed. My symptoms badly developed in just three months.

Normally when weakness get abated after sticking to every other day injection? Or eyesight get back to normal?

That’s impossible to say . It does depend on how long that you have had the deficiency , But everyone is different . It’s good to hear that you are still improving , so just continue with the every other day injections for as long as the improvements continue . It’s good to know that you can’t overdose on B12 . So keep up the good work . Come back and tell us how you are improving . , even if it is slow .
