Work effect on B12

Does anyone know if a couple of days of hard work can reduce the quality of the B12 injection. I am due for my next jab in one week but am extremely tired now.

There are mixed opinions with this.

I personally get more symptomatic after 'extra' activity. Doesn't always have to be physical

walking further.

A larger supermarket shop.

Lifting or moving things in the house tget I woujdbf even have to think about in the past.

'It's not my age'

I am depending onb12 injections to function snd stressand physical exertion eats my b12

In B12 deficiency muscles lose their strength and resistance for a work load and it's resistance gets improved gradually. Numbness and tingling are the results of such lack of resistance. I have no idea why it happens but it happened to me in just two or three months and after some light exercise all of my muscles lost their strength and resistance. And now by taking B12 pills and injection they are coming back!

I definitely feel my symptoms returning faster the more active I am.

Gave myself an injection last night nice to to be walking and not wobbling. So from what I have learned is to pace my house work in the future.

This is what I struggle with…pacing myself. I’m on weekly injections and now that I have energy to do things and walk, I find that the more I do so, the quicker my symptoms return. Sometimes I have to do an extra shot between my normal Saturday injections

Great isn’t it and the GPS just ignore the situation.

Thankfully I have a great neurologist. I was supposed to see him today and was ready to go with supporting evidence that I need to do twice weekly injections but he woke up sick this morning so now I have to wait a couple of weeks to see him. 😩 I have extra supplies if I need to do what I need to do.
