New box of B12, did it make me feel ill

I ordered a new store of 100 B12s Depot with the expiry date of 2024, last Friday morning I injected one of them. Saturday morning, when I awoke, I felt really terrible, it lasted all day. Could it have been the new B12 they are the same as the ones I had before.

Does sound strange .Are they exactly the same as you've had before?

I found one brand made me ill .

I thought it a blip coincidence .

Then it happened again.

So I avoid that brand.i wax told generic but thus brand turned out to have a slightly different additive my body didn't like.

I'm fine on my current Roxexmedica depot

I know now replaced.

Accord is one of the makes I her on an NHS prescription made by the same company

Check the additives are thd same

Same company making it

What does the box look like ?

Yes its the same Roxexmedica depot, the old stuff I never had a problem with, I SI every weekend & have done for a little over a year, its time to inject again & I am worried to have it again.

Yes I know that feeling.I didn't know fir certain until I hD it z second time.

Perhaps only inject half an ampoule ??

Or use one from a different box?

If you've got an old box still worth checking nothing has changed

I thought rotexmedica has changed name

( on wedgewoods posts ) as been taken over by another company Panpharma?

Panpharma is the new name, the box is the same. I will check it out.

Rotexmedica was taken over by Panpharma . They continoe to me made in the same laboratory in Trittau Germany . Im using the renamed Panpharma ampoules and find them exactly the same . No problem at all . Maybe the reaction you had was just a coincidence ?

The formula hasn’t been changed Panpharma ampoules are identical to Rotexmedica .

I think I may have found what made me feel ill, some cooking oil I used again on Friday, I was feeling sickly on Saturday just like last week, slept most of the day. I have not had me B12 jab this weekend, so it's not that.

Yes it's good to establish what makes us feel poorly,I do have problems with some oils, so tend to stick to olive oil. Always keep diary so that you can eliminate what doesn't suit.

Vegetable oil, 5ltrs of it in a fryer could be out of date, the person who had a meal with me (Fish & Chips) is ill also. 99% sure that's what has caused it.
