They both work.I have them both ways.
I'm in my opinion IM in more quickly .
I've been having both for over a year now.
I was hoping IM ones would stay in my system longer .
Doesn't seem to be the case.
I personally feel that IM works better for me, It could be the speed of effectiveness, but I’m not convinced, so alternate between the two as I inject every two days. I guess it’s trial and error for each person.
