No you shouldn’t . It’s probably caused by a urinary tract infection, ( UTI ) like cystitis , which can easily be treated . Get in touch with your GP .
I agree with wedgewood you should get in touch with your GP.
Definitely GP ask to speak to the nurse are you getting any stinging, burning when going for a pre ? Either way you should seek medical attention if you can't get an appointment today talk to your local pharmacist

Please do not be afraid to ring out of hours GP/ emergency department if symptoms worsen.
