That information would be more interesting if you told us how to obtain those supplies for 20 months . Also what sort of B12 you obtained . Please let us know Mozza127

in reply towedgewood

That would be extremely helpful as my supplier is out of stock. Will try again in a few days

versandapo.de have packets of 10 Panpharma Hydroxocobalamin B12 ampoules for €7.59 + €9.00 DHL courier ( courier cost , no matter how many you buy.)

I tried to order 100 B12 ampules from this company two weeks ago. Every time I got the message "Sorry we do not deliver to your country". I live in Ireland, so on this occasion Brexit can hardly be used as an excuse. When I eventually got an answer to my email enquiry they said that B12 is a prescription item in Ireland and therefore legally they cannot send it here. This was confusing as I have many times seen the company recommended on this forum and they do, apparently, deliver to the UK - where B12 is also a prescription medicine. Then I remembered an old post on this forum pointing out that there are two German companies with similar names: versando.de and versandoapotheke.de I went on to the latter site, which confusingly is now named disapo.de - and ordered the B12 without problem. Cost - 112 euros inc post. True, I am still waiting for it two weeks later but the tracking number suggests it is at last in Ireland with the Irish post office - anpost.

So, can anyone clear this up? Which particular site is recommended on this form, what is the actual name of the site and will they definitely deliver B12 to Ireland/UK?

I suggest registering at versandapo.de I am registered with them and never have a problem . I am in U.K. where B12 ampoules are also a prescription item . Officially they always say that they should not sell prescription items without a prescription , which makes sense as prescription items can be dangerous if overdosed . This is not the case with B12 ampoules , and that is why they will sell them to us without a prescription. But if asked they will always write that they don’t sell them . They now have established a pharmacy in the Netherlands which do business with U.K. .

You seem to have bought yours from the other pharmacy with a similar name . it most people on this forum do use versandapo.de

They have the cheapest courier for €9.00 , and deliver very quickly to U.K. -4 working days with DHL

Also they have a points system

if you register . You get 200 given then and one point for every euro spent . 250 points give you €2.50 to use against your next purchase .

I see. thanks - that is most interesting. I will certainly register with them - not least because they seem to be a lot cheaper than disapo.de !

Hello again! I just thought I should mention that I tried again yesterday to order B12 from versandapo.de It didn't work. I registered as you advised but then got the same old messages every time I ordered the ampules: "Sorry we don't deliver to your country" (Ireland). I tried every payment method - amazon, Paypal etc as I have accounts with both, but to no avail. I was just wondering - when did you last order B12 from them? Is it possible that they have tightened up in the past two weeks and no longer send any "prescription'" items to countries like the UK and Ireland? If so, I think that would be bad news for many on this forum...

I cannot understand that Frank 77 . I’ve just been on the site versandapo.de and filled out the order form , and took the order right up to the last click without any problem ! I don’t know what to suggest . We would certainly hear from other members if they wouldn’t supply us . Only yesterday I received an email from them in response to mine , thanking them for such good service . They said his they were glad to ship to U.K. ! You are using versandapo.de aren’t you ? And NOT versandapotheke.de. which is an entirely different pharmacy .Other members will certainly let us know if our favourite pharmacy will not ship to U.K. -and Ireland for that matter !

Hello Wedgewood. Yes, versandapo.de I really don't know what more I can try. I don't think it is a browser problem. I managed to get through the whole Paypal payment process without problem. Then, Paypal told me to return to versandapo to complete the transaction - I did, and immediately was told that they could not send the item to my country. My instinct is to write and complain that other people from UK / Ireland can order from you so why not me?! But I don't want to make a fuss in case it affects other users here..

wedgewood in reply toFrank77

Can you ask a friend to try to buy them ? If you get desperate , I’ll try and buy some for you , Don’t know if they would allow me to change the address to yours , but I don’t see why not . . It’s a crazy situation .

Frank77 profile image
Frank77 in reply towedgewood

Many thanks Wedgewood. But I really don't want to bother you with this. I will try asking a friend here to order for me. Versandapo wrote to me today to say that they cannot send prescription items to Ireland!

wedgewood profile image
wedgewood in reply toFrank77

Yes , they will always put that on an email or a letter , because according to the rules they work by they must not send any prescription items to a country that has them officially prescribed . They also sent me such an email about a year ago, after I’d made an enquiry ! I’ve bought loads of B12 ampoules from them since , for myself and others . But in practise they do send B12 ampoujes to countries where they are prescription items .100% B They do not do that for other prescription items , but that know that B12 is harmless and cannot be overdosed . B12 ampoujes are an over the counter item in Germany . I’ve bought sone at high street pharmacies in Germany . They are sold at full retail price then — just over €10 . I’m sure you will manage to get some . I think a little gremlin or maybe a leprechaun has got into your device !☘️☘️☘️ Best wishes !

Go to amazon DE. It sells everything you need.

wedgewood profile image
wedgewood in reply toGernod

amazon.de are not selling Panpharma B12 depot, which is most peoples choice. They sell the Hevert1mg x 2ml depot ampoules and Pascoe 1.5 mg x 1ml depot ampoules both being Hydroxocobalamin as used in NHS .

These are excellent B12 ampoules , but more expensive than Panpharma .

Amazon.de is very convenient though because you can get it in English .

This was my order in November, I’ve ordered from here about 3 times now. Order comes within 7 days. Go through google chrome to translate to English and pay with PayPal. You need to set up an account too.

Thanks for that. Actually I have done all of that - opened an account and used Paypal. But they still refuse to send me the order. Today Versandapo sent me an email to say that they cannot send prescription items to Ireland, including B12!

Thank you Mozza . Most members use the more expensive Hydroxocobalamin ampoules, which is supposed to stay in the system longer .It is also the chosen b12 of the NHS .

Am curious to know which method of payment that you used . Recently Bodfeld were insisting on Bank Transfer for payment , which put off a lot of people . Could you use paypal, card or Amazonpay?
