Would it make sense that I am finding I need more frequent injections while pregnant. I am currently 6 months along and really starting to feel the strain in my body. My B12 related symptoms seem to be creeping back up on me. They say the body has a lot more circulating blood while pregnant. Would it make sense that injections would need to be more frequent to accommodate all the extra blood and growing little one.
It’s such a delicate balance. I don’t want to overdo it but I want to feel well and make sure my baby is getting everything she needs.
As always, thank you!

Congratulations! I'm sure youn know what your body needs.
Also able to separate 'familiar / 'old b12 deficiency symptoms ftom pregnancy aches ect.
You will be more fatigued pregnant. Your body is working hard .
You may need to do alot less as well.
No idea of your usual frequency but many pregnant woman have posted on here to look through.
Work with your midwife .
I do know b12 drops after delivery whilst you are going through many hormonal changes and I imagine that will be a time for more frequent b12 as well as other post natal vitamin supplements
