Mothers of the PAS group, please would you share your happy stories of pregnancy and child rearing whilst having been managing PA? I think it would be so deeply appreciated by those of us hoping to try for children and anxious about managing PA alongside this.

I hope you get some good replies.

I can't offer you any thing because my homocysteine levels were always too high to get pregnant before I started doing my B12 jabs.
