Hi I've finally got results of blood test which was taken last week I've not taken any of vit meds doctor prescribed until I have these results checked out as I Don't know if I'm deficient or not. Can someone help. Thank you.

Hotpool23 - have removed the image as it contained names - the photo didn't list any vitamin levels though - it did give the results of an IFAB test - which was negative - though it was good to see the lab clearly stating that this didn't rule out PA.

Yes you could still have PA. The test isn't very sensitive and gives false negatives 40-60% if the time. It is quite specific which means it rarely gives false positives which is why it is still a valuable test.
