I have sever muscle weakness and sever fatigue. After taking vaccine it causes more fatigue and that's my concern. Since in my area there just two types of vaccine Pfizer and Moderna. Moderna has more side effects since it has more active content. I think in UK just astrazeneca is available which is milder than the rest I think for people like me and you.
Thank you beginner1 Do you have pernicious anemia or deficiency? What is your health status? For how long you are taking b13 I mean injection. In my case I have experienced macrocytosis last year September and then after three times injection my doctor stopped my injection then I took pills for seven months then switched to SI I it helped alot after 26 injection but recently I didn't has any choice to take an online exam and I tried to also fix fix some other problems and it deteriorated my health status specially back got too much pain . I have stopped my injection fir almost 20 days. Soon after this exam I'll back to my injection but too much pain I have. Mostly muscles problem. Did you take vaccine while you are in B12 injection or you stopped it first fir a while? Sorry fir my bad Grammer
Really I appreciate for giving me hope. I was in the line of improvement but too much unavoidable stress due to my situation relapsed my symptoms. Your injection us IM because in SI it's not possible less than eight days injection due to long duration of absorption. But injection causes psychosis in my case and I can't tolerate less than ten days injection. I live alone and if I don't exercise after injection next day I can't even walk. Right now when I walk I feel couple of times pressure more than my weight ,. I don't know how other people feel but this loneliness is the root cause of my problems in getting back to normal life. Thank you for your help and I wish you get back to normal life soon.
Every second day means you'd inject once a week ? Is that right?
Whilst B12 deficiency might contribute to muscle weakness, exercising is generally important to maintaining and building up muscle strength. It can be difficult to know what exercises are best, particularly if there is neurological involvement as some can aggravate problems. If you can I would recommend seeing if you can find/get a referral to a physiotherapist.I'd also recommend that you consult a pharmacist about using painkillers. Ibuprofen shouldn't be a problem if taken for a short time but it shouldn't be used if you are asthmatic.
Thanks alot. I exercise regularly but for getting for exam I didn't exercise in the last 10 days and it took its toll andy hand numbness and other symptoms started again. Pretty so fast they came back. I took painkeiller but it's not effective. After 26 injection I think my eyes are really better but not my muscles yet. They're getting crushed! Soon after exam I have to start over and never stop my daily routine injection and exercise since this injection pretty much work in me and I was getting back to normal life. Again thanks alot and I wish you better health
But SI injection has so slow absorption and it's needed to inject IM. I don't know to inject IM in the meantime after injection I feel burning feet severe dizziness and psychosis. Takes lots of exercise to keep my body back to normal
