My systolic blood pressure 14.5 mm hg and diastolic blood pressure is between 9.2 to 8.1

Is that normal and I have mostly muscle weakness neuropathy. Higher systolic blood pressure is the root cause of heart attack. I'm to see my cardiologist on October. My High systolic blood pressure is not related to diet as mist of the time I eat balanced but I had sedentary lifestyle in the last eleven months. Almost one month I started my physical activity. Due to bad symptoms I couldn't walk to almost a year. Do you think this systolic blood pressure is normal?

Hi! My BP is normal/low, so i can't see a conection. Maybe, during the time you were homebound, your mental state contributed to an elevated BP. Many People experience an spike of their BP during traumatic/intense moments. It is not always about food. ((Hugs))
