Active B12 HIGH !

Hi, my Active B12 is 120( very high), my Vitamin 12 is normal (300) never took any supplements ever...Shall I be concerned to get the Astra jab? Thanks for any advice

Speak to your Gp about any concerns Odd you have conflicting blood results.

Were the tests done as symptomatic?

High active B12 in the presence of low B12 isn't something connected to PA. As Nackapan suggests - please discuss concerns about vaccines with your GP - off topic for this forum.
