To keep it short for now, post knee op, 6 days recovery, with my health history known. I become extremely breathless and unwell.

End up told I have CHF, have massive leg thrombosis no previous high Bp. No high cholesterol, No angina, only slight occasion tachycardia .. now o2 loads of meds TCL . I have had all symptoms regarding PA for years. Dr dropped down my 2 monthly back to 3 monthly due to covid etc despite my protesting. I am getting to think iv not had due care and attention. Iv been autoimmune all my life with UC , AMAG, asthma . After discharge from hospital Gastro team over 6 years ago, Gp and me slowly took me off Azorhiaprin, as is was causing high levels of megoblastic red cells ineffective in o2 transport hence making the PA worse. I’m only now linking it all up. Any thoughts?? I take daily folic acid and a boost of iron once a week .

My Mum had a heart attack and she had long term low B12

She was on 3 monthly jabs but before the heart attack stopped eating properly and smoking more (was fed up).

I do think there is a connection. Be worth you looking into more frequent B12 injections, probably have to do them at home.

Vitamin D and magnesium are also important for heart and auto immune conditions

And avoiding sugar and junk food

Hope that helps
