I don't use them for this very reason. I had a lot of inflammation on my stomach with large, hard bumps where I injected. It cleared up after a few days of keeping a heating pad pressed to it, but it was really painful and woke me up at night.
The German online pharmacy I bought my 100 b12 Hydro ampules from is cheaper than the methl I was buying, and it's cleaner since they're all single use. I haven't had any problems.
The 1ml RotexMedica vials were sold out at the time, so I had to buy the Hevert brand which costs 20$ more and it's 2ml instead of 1ml.
In the future I'll buy Rotex well in advance of when I'll need it.
I definately wouldnt buy a multi onjections vial. Thr risk of contamination is extremely high and you could make yourself very ill. So not worth the risk tbh. The single use vials are the way to go.

What reactions have you had - multi-use vials do introduce a much higher risk of contamination than single use vial but it's also possible that it isn't the vial but the contents being slightly different and having a reaction to those.

Is thus an led post ad I'm sure I replied a few days ago?In my opinion single uses ampoules are the safest.
Multi doses vials are used fir dkne vaccinations in clinical settings when it's used quickly.
Multi doses vials may have different or more preservatives in them for safety .
You can compare .
I read through the other post, too, where the question was worded differently, and I think the OP is wanting an answer to this specific question, not general opinions on safety.
I have not experienced adverse reactions to Canadian cyano multidose vials, used as directed and discarded after 30 days.
Thank you, that is the info I was seeking
Yw. I have *worried* about contamination, but as you have mentioned, the local health spa I have gotten injections from uses a multidose vial for methyl injections, on multiple patients. The doctor's office I have gotten cyano injections from has also used a multidose vial. Yes, single-dose is safer but it can absolutely be cost prohibitive if you have to inject frequently (I have paid $300/month USD for single-use vials!) so I understand why you want to know if, in real life, anyone has experienced problems using them. I have had different sources available at different times, and while I try to buy singles when I can, if multidose is my best option, that's what I get, and I just try to be very careful and follow all the recommended precautions. YMMV. We're all just doing the best we can with what we have. I know all the people advising against it just care about you not getting sick, but you have to decide for yourself, of course, knowing that some people do use them sometimes, and that there is more risk.
Wishing you well.
As long as you follow proper use and storage for multi-dose vials, you will be fine. For me, there’s a $16 difference between 10 doses in 1 bottle and 10 1ml ampules. I can’t afford to go single dose, but I draw from single and multi-dose vials daily through work, following all of the steps to inspect the vial top to make sure there’s no damage, making sure the top of the vial is properly cleaned and dry before inserting the needle and drawing out the dose. I follow the same careful procedures at home on myself as I would with patients at work. If I could teach an online class, I’d do it in a heartbeat!
