Missed B12 Injection

I recently missed a B12 injection and had it 1 month late. Since having a 4 month intermittent period (rather than 3) my symptoms have returned. Tiredness, weakness, breathlessness and noticeable heartbeats. I have since had a blood test and my B12 and folate levels are normal? is this a consequence of being 1 month late to injection?

any help would be great!

Blood tests are meaningless once on Injections Your symptoms returned so you must need above 'normal 'levels to function

I had all the symptoms you mentioned but 10 years prior to having PA. They were caused by Graves’ disease (overactive thyroid).

I’d recommend you see your GP ASAP and ask for thyroid blood tests (at the very least TSH and T4 but ideally a full thyroid panel).

Autoimmune diseases often come in threes. I have Graves, PA and vitiligo.
