Blood results help please

Please could someone have a look at my blood results. I’m feeling very poorly and have been for sometime but GP says everything normal. I would really appreciate any advice xx

I agree with GP.

I presume you're taking some sort of B12 supplements.

I was previously self injecting up until a couple of months ago but then stopped as I didn’t feel any better.

That explains your very high B12.

I would say your Vitamin D is on the low side. Mine was 33 and now 109, I took 7 weeks of two tablets 20,000 iu twice a week. I feel way better for it.

Dr David Grimes has lots of info on Vit D. You white blood cells seem higher so would say taking Vit D can only help. In sunshine in 20-30 mins the body can make 10000-30000 so i would suggest its ok.

Drs take higher doses but never really tell patients! Some good Dr say keep levels 100-150ng/l to keep you safe from infections etc.
