1st time self-injecting (thank you)

Today I self-injected my B12 for the first time. I had someone give me some guidance snd support, which was enormously helpful. It was vastly easier and less painful than I thought. I’m so pleased I’m now doing it myself. Much more in control, and feel enormously empowered. A huge thanks to this community. Reading snd following everyone’s commentary and questions helped me feel it was possible.

That’s the sort of news we all love to hear . I too am so grateful to this forum and it’s members . Congratulations to you . One can learn so much , just from reading the posts ..

The first injection is quite a step . It will get easier and easier with time. You will find little ways that help . You are on your way to a better healthier and more enjoyable life, in spite of the efforts of the doctators .

For those following at home: week 2 of DIY went well this morning. Marginally better technique, which I know will improve and become easier each time. So glad I’m doing it. It’s nearly 9pm and I still have energy. I’m usually fatiguing by mid afternoon.
