Does loose bowels occur when you have increased b12 injection

I read it’s a side effect and part of the deficiency itself I’m trying to work out which one I’m guessing I increased the b12 do put it diwn to this but prior I’d decreased the b12 and was constipated and food was seen in the stools so I’m wondering will this resolve once I get the b12 back in my System again ?

How much if that 1000mg goes in to build it up again ?

I’m going a day and a half at moment so about 36 hours

As very bad neurological issues

And read spoke to pa society abs done have to inject every 24 hours ?

I’m 36 hours

Mistake I made was dropping the dose

Thoughts please

It is possible . B12 can speed up your metabolism.

I found neurological symptoms themselves also cause problems.

Sounds like you have alot on.

Hope improvements soon.

I used to get food lumps in my stools. Now I eat a small satsuma with every meal and I no longer have this problem. Any other source of acid will do such as white wine vinegar or lemon juice.
