Been so poorly again

The last 3 weeks I’ve been vomiting , get dizzy when I get up, can’t keep anything down, I’ve lost lots of weight, sweating hot & cold, I feel awful. I’m finding it hard to keep water down so I try to drink a Dioralyte ( and pray) ....... I dunno what to do??

My GP told me “it’ll pass don’t worry”

Hi,

Have you been tested for Covid?

Although it's sometimes thought of as a respiratory illness, it can cause gastro symptoms.

Any chance of it being flu?

I'm not medically trained.
