I have b12 deficiency and severe acid reflux and don't know what to do

Hi I suffer from b12 deficiency and I haven't had my injections in 2 weeks and it's showing I have real bad anxiety and recently had a panic attack my gp said my b12 was low but yet he want me to wait until dec 1. for a follow up but I don't want to wait that long dealing with these symptoms I'm experience arm tingling breathlessness which comes and goes as I know as time go I'm going to have more symptoms if any one can give me tips on what to do or any otc supplements that's safe to take or any doctors that actually knows about b12 deficiency that can help me manage this

Write saying as no other causes found coukd yoh please havd the treatment stated in bnf guidelines.

Stztinv as fbirder has said on many occasions yoh di not want irreversible nerve damage. Also a referral to a neurologist .

I easnf it was undiagnosed b12 deficiency affecting my central nervous system.

Fight or flight mode. I do not get tthis anymore. Do get some anxiety but know my I jection is due.
