Does having b12 deficiency cause sleep problems?

I have PA and my sleep is really not great.

I’m only getting 4 hours max then next to nothing at all.

Ask your doctor.

So many of the symptoms of B12 can affect sleep. Pain from peripheral neuropathy to anxiety.

My doctors are useless. They have no interest with b12. They were going to put me on tablets instead of my injections.

I do have neuropathy from another condition too, twitches are particularly bad but only seem to get worse if I’m low but according to my doctor they are fine and within level because I’ve had my injection.

Thank you fbirder :)

Ask your doctor why you're getting tablets when your B12 deficiency is not caused by your diet (assuming you're not vegetarian/vegan).

Have you seen a neurologist? If not, request a referral.

Not what you're looking for?
