Tremors worsened since having treatment

I’m very fortunate since having treatment my gait and tremors have worsened. It’s not painful. I’m just curious to know is this the B12 repairing the nerves or have I misunderstood something AGAIN.

Hope you are all well.

Thanks

No you havent. It is a rollercoaster. I started with virtigo too.

So glad that has subsided.

I found vestibular cawthorne pysio exercises helped me with balance and walking. You can Google them. Eye exercises good too.

Inner tremors are horrid. I still get them at times. Outer visible tremors were I proved for me when I addressed ferritin levels that were dropping.

Thanks Nackapan for your reply and the suggestions and sorry to hear that you still get inner tremors.

Just wondering if you have been checked for Parkinsons? If that's OK then it may just be a case of getting enough B12 and supporting supplements over a long enough time frame.

I'm afraid it's a bit of a case of "how long is a piece of string" as everyone is different but the improvements can go on for years so don't give up hope!

Really does take a while, deniseinmilden is so right !

A lot of juggling to get B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D to get "righted" all at the same time and then stay there. I still need frequent B12 injections and a daily multivitamin and mineral and vitamin D (NHS prescription) to stay okay.

Folate and ferritin took 2 years to stabilise completely, frequent B12 injections took a couple of years to see recognisable and constant improvements and MMA, although only raised not high, took 3 years to get into range.

But I'm here now, thanks to a tenacious GP and many people here - including Denise.

We are all different, but you can take heart from the fact that with help and advice, we are able to find a way to manage symptoms.

Despite sometimes getting disheartened, I could see nothing else that matched all of my symptoms, so just kept on going until I saw changes. A big lift when others notice too !

I got a bit full of myself during lockdown and made some large raised vegetable beds; those long-forgotten clown's feet returned to trip me up ! Easy does it....

Never ate so many runner beans, Narwhal. Got to be good for the folate level.
