Hi everyone, my story is a long one so won’t bore you all, just wanted to know if you can have a 277 b12 result and still be anemic (this test was 6 weeks ago) I’ve had so so many tests, I have numerous symptoms which are getting much worse, my legs no longer feel like my own, thank you in advance, just feel I’m getting nowhere with gps.

Feeling awful
Look up functional b12 deficiency
As far as I've read, yes it is possible.
You don't say what unit your B12 was measured in, but I do know that these 2014 guidelines from the British Journal of Haematology state:
‘We believe that the traditional cut-off value of 148 pmol/l is too low. We suggest that physicians should consider treating patients who show symptoms but have vitamin B12 levels above this value, particularly those in the low-normal range up to approximately 300 pmol/l, to see whether their symptoms are relieved’

It definitely seems worth looking into further to me. So sorry you're going through this, many here can sympathise.
