This helpful link leads to another that lists signs and symptoms - again useful. However it says in that says :- "When B12 deficiency attacks the nerves - --". Just to be picky that should read " B12 deficiency prevents nerves and many other tissues being repaired by B12." Small yet, in my view a very different and more constructive approach. I see the huge B12 molecule as a tool with the large "arms" able to draw together disjointed systems back into a working system.
