Pernicious anemia symptoms returned after loading dose of B12!

Hi Everyone,

My last loading dose injection of B12 was on 10th June after testing (twice) for a positive intrinsic factor, and slowly my symptoms have return. This weekend I feel awful, with xtreme tiredness, lack of energy, feeling faint, headaches and tinnitus. Please can anyone recommend anything which would help relieve these symptoms?

Sounds like youbneed more b12 injections if your symptoms coming back. Speak to your Gp.

I had to do this and went back to every other day as per guidelines with neurological symptoms.

Meanwhile you could take 1000 mcg b12 tablet or sub lingual. You might absorb something while you get it sorted.

Just an idea. If you look it up you can decide what to do.
