Yesterday I ate cake like two slices and peanut paddy different times of the day and I took my vitamin d2 my doctor prescribe I took them in may but ran out so yea and later that night the top of my stomach started hurting like when I push down at the top it hurt it still hurt what that mean

I find that if I eat a large meal or just too much during the day that my stomach will hurt so maybe it’s that? Once I’ve eaten a meal I’m much better sitting upright (rather than reclining and putting my feet up to watch tv for example).

Or maybe something you ate didn’t agree with you? It’s probably best not to push down too hard on your stomach though!
