Why is pernicious megloblastic anemia, b12 ,not on the government list ? And what if you have got folic acid ,with ostiopina as well as nerve damage ?

I understand your question completely! Am trying for disability. 1st applied in April 2018. On Court Appeal (after 2 denials).

Based it more on the debilitating symptoms which ARE listed. Such as Severe Chronic Fatigue, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Pernicious Anemia, Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis.

I can't work anymore. I can't control anything anymore. Can't ever schedule something as I don't know how I will feel that day. How tired? How scatterbrained? How achy? What's my mood! So many variables. I wouldn't last a week at any job. So now I'm isolated. Have no work friends anymore. Am treated as if I have the plague! So amps up depression and anxiety.

Vicious circle. Hopefully I will be able to win the SSI, as have zero income! Which is depressing.... you get the picture.

Anyway, if you're thinking of trying, get a lawyer Day 1. They can only take a percentage of your backpay (based on 1st day of non-income) and that's only if they win. Otherwise they get zip.

My daughter made 2 separate applications for PIP. Appear at court added a few more points bit not enough.

She has list a full time senior school English teacher job.

She is a wheel chair user now as every trio ouf she seemed to end uk in A and E having an 'episode/fit.

It's another condition derived from undiagnosed b12 .!!

It was al too stressful. Actually made her more I'll not being g believed and assessment just awful done by non medical staff.

Some people stage it si then lots of genuine people get missed. I know this for a fact.

Decided to leave it. ESA was finally awarded based on contributions in the years ahead was able to work.

So stay strong donh let the system get you down. Often they are flawed as ignorance of certain health issues .

Its soul destroying but the world is not fair.

It ate my b12 and I didnt realise.

CAB were fkabagasted and very sad.
