I know it's legal in Germany, France and Spain but what about the Scandinavian countries and Belgium and Netherlands?

Not in Finland nor Norway. Not sure about Sweden and Denmark.

prescription is required in Belgium or Netherlands. Think the same applies in Sweden.

Is it still possible to order it from Germany in Norway?

Unfortunately I don't know is it possible to order it, I only know it's not OTC in Norway.

I am Finnish and we can't order but we have strict rules that might not apply to most countries.
