b12 injection query

Recent bloods showed my iron stores good on the upper end of the scale.

My folate was 10 in January and I have been supplementing since

My Active B12 is just in range.

If I inject B12 will it make my iron too high or does it not affect iron. I get shortness of breath on exertion so had the iron test to rule out low iron

Ive had B12 injections before to top it up when it falls to borderline.

No I dont think so.

When I was on even more frequent b12 my ferritin dropped . May be a coincidence as another absorbtion problem.

So having b12 shoukd be fine in my opinion

thank you I was just worried in case it made my iron even higher

although it is all in range but near the top
