If you look through the posts this has been a 'hot' subject. Also a link to PAS I formation to help.
I thought if you have a diagnosis if PA you should get your injection
Write to your practice if its not due yet with the information you can glean. Ask to self inject if you are able to do that ?
Its happening everywhere . Try and fight tour corner.
Hi,
Have a look at these two links which both have ideas on what to do if jabs cancelled because they are seen as non essential during pandemic.

There are lots of comments under the posts as well.
From B12 Deficiency Info website

Blog post below asks for people to leave comments if their injections have been stopped due to impact of pandemic.

Many on forum source their own supplies and self inject. My personal feeling is that this is a last resort but many are being forced by current circumstances to consider this.
Some people get injections from private GPs and some find that high strength oral b12 eg tablets, sub lingual lozenges, sprays, drops help a bit. I think most people on here find that injections are more effective than other methods.
If you are unhappy with what has happened, might be worth putting concerns in a letter to GP. You could include info from two links at top of this post.

also this from BMA

mentions B12 on page 3 - suggesting training for self injection and maintaining frequency of injections but it is a bit ambiguous and doesn't actually state that if this isn't possible then injections should still be given ... but it is sort of implied and it definitely doesn't indicate that it is appropriate to stop B12 injections.
I had a review appointment by phone yesterday with my GP, my injection is due in 3 weeks. He said so long as I haven't a cough or fever I can have the injection. Luckily there is a nurse's room before the main doors into the reception/waiting room, so no need to 'mingle' with anyone else.
Hope you get yours sorted soon.
I had my jab yesterday at the GP surgery as usual. I had been really worried that the surgery might have decided B12 injections weren’t essential in these difficult times. The nurse who administered my injection told me many surgeries are stopping them but mine is carrying on with B12 and urgent blood tests. Thank goodness! I am feeling very fortunate
