Lovely video on there about nature reclaiming it's spaces as airports close etc. due to coronavirus.

Seems there is an opportunity to rethink the world that we want to live in, on the other side of this crisis. Another chance to put things right. In the meantime, lessons already being learned about the power of people working collectively for the benefit of others.

Glad it's not all about overcharging for painkillers and stockpiling toilet-rolls !

Hi all!

I am 2 weeks late getting my injection after 2 GP appointments cancelled. Totally appreciate that during the COVID19 crisis they are very short staffed, but was offered a prescription for tablets instead! Have been managing symptoms with injections for 25 years as tablets do not work.

Worried that if crisis gets worse I wont be able to get treatment. Can I request a self injection kit and training? or if I purchased sublingual b12 online would it give me enough in my system to stop debilitating fatigue I get when B12 too low.

Any help much appreciated :-)

Hello was wondering if you got your B12 injection done I get mine done at home by nurse a home and was originally told I would not be done and then was phoned two weeks later to say nurse was coming to house to do it she came in with apron gloves and mask on gave me a mask to wear done injection quickly and away again so there are ways of getting it and anyone who has not got theirs should try and insist on it.
