Can anyone provide info to symptoms 1.my skin feels cold and not just my hands and feet but cold feeling over many areas of body. 2. I can no longer take methadone or opiod meds as it brings on depression within 15 minutes of taken. could it possible be the neurotransmitters or receptors in brain are no longer alive and if so could my b12 deficiency cause this or could there be some other deficiency. these opiod meds I take do help for pain as they are received by the MU OPIOD RECEPTORS, but I just don't understand why these meds no longer connect with the pleasure centers of the brain (ENDORPHINS.) Can anyone provide a clue as to why I go into deep depression after taken opiod meds as allopathic med physicians are of no help.
