Have you had a full iron screen?

I was more shaky with low ferritin levels

Wat did you take for ferritin

Iron . Only after a blood test to see level. Considered norm above 10 but some people need it at least 40-50 ug/L. If hair is falling out 70ug/L

Hi Gunj_redgem,

I have read that tremor is often related to biotin or biotinidase deficiency which is connected to the B12 pathway adenosylcobalamin in the mitochondria. A metabolic biotin deficiency can cause B12 deficiency but it is necessary to replace both. B12 deficiency runs in our family and my brother had a tremor. We are helped tremendously by the addition of oral high dose B complex that includes close to 1000 mcg biotin.
