Yes, I do. But my neuropathy isn't caused by a B12 deficiency.
There are scores of possible causes. Have you been checked out by a neurologist?

Yes - mine improved a lot with B12 deficiency - but I have carpal tunnel - for me maintaining the right wrist posture is a key to clearing them - although I also get some problems in my left hand due to trapped nerves in the neck - slight different tactic for clearing but again, posture is the key.
I have exactly the same hand problems as you, i.e. carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands , but it only manifests itself at night in bed -wakes me up . Hanging my arms down over the edge of the bed gets rid of it for a bit
.The trapped nerve in my neck unfortunately shows up in my right hand . I’ve forgotten the neck position it’s in . But my little finger, ring finger and the palm beneath them are affected and painful. Nothing can be done about it apparently , since nerve painkillers give me awful side effects . I’ve sort of learned to live with it all. Great that posture helps you .
