Hi gpw61

It is not uncommon to feel a little worse before you get better. If you are worried have a word with the nurse tomorrow but it's probably not an adverse reaction to the injection which would have manifested itself sooner.

Do you know if your Folate level was tested?

I am not a medically trained person and I wish you well

Yes it can be. I felt dreadful infact worse through loading doses . Keep going it's a sign of lots of repair going on.

It will get better.

Any worries check with your doctor.

I too felt much worse through the loading doses and still have a bad day after each 6 weeks injection. It take 4 days to go back to normal.
