Hi, I've just gone to order hydroxocobalamin ampoules from Amazon.de and it won't accept my home or work address. Has anyone else experienced any issues buying b12 ampoules online? Thanks a lot.

It could just be that the seller has specified Germany only for sales - assuming it’s a 3rd party seller and not actually Amazon.

Yup. Some sellers refuse to ship over here.

When buying there should be a list of alternative sellers over on the right-hand-side. Try them in turn to see which will ship to the UK.

I've not used amazon bit I did buy direct from versandapo a month ago and had no problems.

Received 100 ampoules from Versandapo yesterday, ordered on 27th December, paid using Amazon pay. No problems at all considering it was over the holiday period, and very reasonably priced I thought.

Thanks for all your replies. I bought from versandapo and even though I couldn't understand a word of it, I think my order was accepted. I paid via amazon pay so am looking forward to receiving my order soon. Happy New year everyone.
