Check with your midwife.
I do believe the baby will take everything she/he needs from you in utero. It's you who will be depleted if anyone.
Congratulations
I had PA when I was pregnant with my daughter and she has never been diagnosed with it. She is 39 now. Hope all goes well.
This leaflet from the PAS suggests asking your doc to increase the frequency of your jabs. pernicious-anaemia-society....
I’ve had two babies since diagnosis.
I breastfed both for 12 months.
Neither have or have had any b12 deficiency.
Do ask your midwife about more regular injections as mine said that they are recommended at least 8 weekly when pregnant and breastfeeding.
Hope this helps
