It seems that Wirral Primary Care are offering a course for nurses and healthcare assistants on how to teach patients to inject their own B12.

The HCA that takes blood and also now gives b12 Injections at our surgery.

How lovely and sensible of them.

Makes a lot of difference especially when B12 deficiency can cause anxiety and cognitive problems . Videos on YouTube also seem to contain conflicting advice. I eventually decided on the guy wearing the most sensible underwear !

I couldn't get a GP or nurse to help me at all.

I've been thinking about doing a video on SI. I must make sure my undies are up to scratch.

I still think it's a sound selection process - and it's probably not his fault at all that I'm still quite inept.
