I have successfully done my first IM B12 injection into my thigh today. I was very very nervous and did faff about an awful lot beforehand..... but, once I got myself sorted , the actual injection was much easier than I'd anticipated and was painless ( felt less than a pin prick ) Thank you one and all for sharing your journey/experiences, it is invaluable to people like myself who are new to the site and a tremendous help.

Good to hear. It takes some courage to do- and so difficult to relax . So glad it went well.
