B12 and ferritin could be higher.

Even your folate isn't low. It's towards the low end of normal, but probably not low enough to cause any problems. You could try eating more folate-rich foods, or taking 400 mcg a day of folic acid.

Everything else is fine. Your Active B12 is almost twice the bottom end of the range. While it is possible to have a deficiency with levels that high, it is unlikely unless there are obvious symptoms.

My symptoms are endless, so breathless, muscle spasms, constant headaches, brain fog, my arms have had weird sensations for years, where they go dead and feel weak afterwards and in recent months I’m literally having to lift one arm with the other to move in bed.

I’ve no strength in them, and can’t reach behind me. In actual fact my whole body is agony. I should have wrote a fuller post but was just so far through last night. I had graves then RAI 24 yrs ago, I’m on 125mg levothyroxine and 30mg liothyronne. I was diagnosed with ME 32 yrs ago and doctors seem to revert back to it for everything. Thank you 😊

I suggest that you read Dr Sarah Myhill’s book about ME / CFS. - . “ Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Myalgic Encephalitis— it’s Mitochondria, not Hypochondria “ She really is the expert . Best wishes .
